Well, you've read the notes, the notes were surprisingly smooth, and now it is time for you to post until the surprisingly smooth cows come home.

The only streaming service I have is Amazon Prime.  The only show that I've watched (with ALL the options available to me) has been the sci-fi show, The Expanse, which I love.  I've also read the first five books, which I've loved, and want to read the rest of the series. ;D

It's been a very tough morning with the computer so far this morning, but it's old and cranky and there's barely any space left. To complicate things, I've discovered that my last LaCie hard drive is dead. I think it's a short in the power system, most likely caused when the last Spectrum maintenance man dropped it onto the floor while setting up my new modem and router.

I'm looking for some place to hopefully repair it. Otherwise I've lost three years of stored material.

It's raining today, so I'm staying it. I need to print a couple of statements that need to be paid on the first along with the Philly Pops contract, a few scores, and address labels. It's supposed to be a sunny day tomorrow, so I will go to Staples then and photocopy the new scores for the copyist. On Thursday, since the colonoscopy will take up most of Wednesday, I will take everything to the post office and do a mailing.

BK, that Bernstein set contains  Mahler and Brahms songs I think you'd like. I have Bernstein's wonderful recording of Mahler's orchestral songs with Crista Ludwig and Walter Berry, and it's wonderful.

A totally dreary day here, weather-wise, just like yesterday. Dark and rainy. There might even be a thunderstorm later. Whatever. It should all be gone by tomorrow. Tomorrow...

And then we get another heat wave!

BK sez:
Quote
ChasSmith, my personal fave right now is the Grape Raspberry. But I really do like almost all of them - lemonade, lemon lime are also very refreshing.

Those are next on my list to try, as is one called, I think, Cherry Limeade.

Speaking of which, I am on the lookout for anything that will faithfully recreate one of my favorite drinks in the whole wide world:  the Cherry Lime Rickey at Dolores. I have the feeling it's something one might have to learn to make, oneself. Regardless...

A cherry lime rickey sounds delicious. There are a plethora of recipes for it to be found on the Innerwebs.
