My first day I was taken around to be introduced to the other attorneys in the office and they all said some version of “ hey, I know you!” Because I’ve done many closings over the years with all of them

Then other people have been coming in the office for appointments or to pick up or drop off files who recognize me

I would think there are reverse one way streets to work.

It has actually gone much better than I expected I was nervous because I never did this side of things before but it is really just applying my current skills and knowledge slightly differently as opposed to having to learn a whole new skill set

When I was offered the job a reached out to a guy I know (he did freelance work for me at the other place ) who I knew also works for thus office and he highly recommended it and said he thought I would be very happy here

Coincidentally he also walked in when I was interviewing with that attorney who didn’t actually have a specific position in mind and ran his place like a factory
