After being active for a bit, stretching, and kitty cleanup, whatever's causing the lower back issue is currently dormant. That makes me quite happy.

BK, I loved the revenge story, I want to look it up on FB and read the actual exchange.

I guess it's not in a group I'm in, but I'd like to read it, too.

Ditto!

Well the audience was SMALL.

But the patented HHW vibes worked in full force and we really went to town.

There were a couple of hiccups, but that's okay.  The audience seemed to enjoy it.....but they must have been forbidden to laugh under penalty of death.....however they were generous with their applesauce at the end of scenes and at the curtain call.

Veey good, Jrand!

I have decided that I will henceforth never comment on anything remotely controversial here.

So from now on, you're only getting sunshine and lollipops from me.

But where's the fun in that? :-\

Hi, Bruce -- you mentioned Lubitsch’s To Be or Not to Be.  Did you see the remake with Brooks?  Curious as to what you thought.  I don't think it worked at all--strangely flat and off-the beat--but the supporting cast (Jack Riley, Ronny Graham, George Wyner, James Haake) was fun.

If Staten Island weren't so hard to get to, little Abel might be joining our family. He;s about the age Annabelle was when I adopted her.

DR Jane asked why I was seated at the table of the family gathering.
Quote
LOL was that intentional or did they run out of room for you at the table?  I am glad you could go out as a family.

There would have been room if I wanted to sit right beside my brother-in-law. But since I'm not super comfortable with that and since I had to serve the food it worked out better. I was only like 2 feet back from the table. And it was easier to get in and out of my table.

I would have opted for the easy to get up and down option.
