Important envelope was there - could use a few more, frankly. Rehearsal was okay - too much stumbling over words and lines for my taste, and some low energy, so those were my main notes. Doing a staged reading with script in hand is just a peculiar netherworld, but hopefully everyone will go over stuff on their own and find the energy level needed. Part of THAT problem is the nature of the play itself, but you can't really succumb to that or everything is really dreary.

After, I did something I don't think I've ever done before - stopped at the Tommy's Burgers on Laurel Canyon and Burbank Blvd. I got their famous chili cheeseburger and a chili cheese hot dog and fries.

I came right home and ate them all up - too much food, really, but it was pretty good. Probably could have lived without the hot dog. Not the second coming or anything and I don't think I need to have another meal there.
