Tonight for dinner I had a vegan "faux" burger; a chicken substitute made out of pea protein which I mixed up from a kit, formed, and fried. It was actually pretty good.

The roofer was just here. It will be a couple of weeks, but he'll schedule us as soon as he can. The AC company has to send someone to lift up the unit and replace it, so they'll have to coordinate with them.

Great news.  Will they completely replace the AC unit or just place it back into the roof?

It will be the same unit, I'm sure. They just have to lift it up to fix the roof under it and then re-install it.
