So, at 8:59 I was outside the building on the sidewalk, waiting for my ride. St 9:04 I called AAR and asked where the car was. They put me on hold for 14 minutes, then told me the car wasn't coming. They would call for another, which would take between 10 and 30 minutes or more before a car would arrive. I told them to cancel my trips abd took a taxi. What would have cost me $5.50 roundtrip cost me $20+! ! !
I rerally detest this fucking service for senior coitizens.
