Back from Million Dollar Christmas. Not my favorite type of jukebox musical, but the performers were fun and so were the songs.

The Elvis was actually fairly good. The Jerry Lee Lewis was great. The Carl Perkins left no impression. And the Johnny Cash was no Johnny Cash.

I also managed to get near the end of Cloud Cuckoo Land. I can't say I liked it. Can't say I disliked it. It just is. I never developed much interest in most of the characters.

I've also started putting up some decorations in my study. Deciding what to haul out of the boxes and what to leave packed is taking longer than I thought it would. I forgot a lot of stuff I had that I really like.

I'm up, I'm up - and where the HELL have I been? Well, didn't get up until two - nine hours of needed sleep - and then it was just going and doing until my Zoom thing, plus writing what I needed to prior to that, then getting the holiday show announced everywhere, then food, then other stuff. I'm finally eating a salad (had Panda Express earlier) and catching up with everything.

GKids/Shout Factory released them all. Not in a set, but all of them at very reasonable prices - under twenty bucks for the regular packaging - all contain the Disney dubs, but the English subs for the Japanese version are done correctly and that's key. I'm sure there are complete sets overseas, but I think you have to be really careful that they're not bootlegs. I recommend the steelbook packaging - most of them are twenty each and they're beautiful, But the regular release packaging is fine and those are closer to sixteen bucks.

I have played the LP many times......and of course it was included in a list of ALMOSTS in New York Magazine.

There is some basketball on ... and I have been extended an invitation to attend an NBA game on Friday evening.

I think I will go - because WHY NOT? It has been decades since I have gone to a professional basketball game. But it IS Indiana....and I do love the game. So my sister Paula and I will attend with my cousin Carol and her husband Jerrell.
