We had carry-out from their fundraising spaghetti dinner Tuesday night and she notified me Wednesday that I had won one of the silent auction items. I didn't throw up and they permitted me to use the bathroom after drinking 32 onces of liquid. I wasn't sure if that would be allowed. The yucky sweet drink was tolerable and I had 1.5 hours to drink it. I am sure I would have been rather nauseated if I hadn't taken the anti-nausea pill.

Unexpected was the iodine contract by IV. No reaction so that was good. Odd is how it feels. First my insides, mostly by stomach, became very warm. Then is kind of feels like you peed if though it is just the sensation of warmth.

Not quite, DR JRand, but it’s a nice Christmas basket with some ground coffee from one of our local shops, some chocolate biscotti, 2 mugs, and 2 dessert plates.

I just read that Stephen Sondheim passed off this earthly coil today at his home in Connecticut. He was 91.
