Wednesday morning greetings!  It's amazing how much better I feel after a good night's sleep.  I've just put a big dent in a DAR job and gotten to talk to some nice friends in the process.

Well, damn double damn! I got a referral to the physical therapist I've been seeing regularly between 2013 and 2019. I just called them to make an appointment, and they no longer accept my health insurance!
