Thanks, Jrand!

I don't know if she sneaked past me when I came in or if she sneaked past me when I left earlier. At any rate, for the first time ever she found her way home. Usually she sits on two, four, or five screaming her lungs out until I come to fetch her.

Congrats to Annabelle for finding her way home!

When I was in high school, our Siamese cat brought down the Christmas tree. My mother was not amused.

Friday evening greetings!  It’s pouring rain here and we’re expecting severe thunderstorms overnight, then high winds throughout the day tomorrow.

DR TCB, you’ve been on my mind all day.  I’m so sorry to hear about your accident and hope the surgery went smoothly.

Richard had a very encouraging visit to the burn clinic yesterday.  There’s still some healing to be done, but he’s making good progress.

Due to missing cutters, they may be getting deformed cookies, however.

This day has glided by very gracefully, I must say.

I received in today's mail the previously mentioned CD releases of "Fiddler on the Roof" and "The Diary of Anne Frank".  I am very happy to have both of them.

I went to Riley's on Main (it's actually on Calhoun Street, but that's the company name) and got lunch.

I had a couple of unexpected phone calls from friends and enjoyed both conversations.  And then I watched an episode of "Rosemary and Thyme" on Amazon Prime/BritBox.

I have sussed out my confusion over TCB's reference to "tiled over" and realize he must have meant he "tilted over" his scooter.  I, too, wonder if it was outside or in.

I hope his surgery went well and that he is in recovery and comfortable.

I am getting ready to pop a Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie into the oven.  It's a cold, rainy day here, and I want some comfort food.

I think it's still snowing here. It's too dark out to see anything.
