I would say I like it in the, oh, 95%-98% range. My little quibbles on first viewing are not worth mentioning yet. I plan to revisit it soon, and my thoughts at that point should be more organizable.

I'm back to the theeder, myself, tonight, and I must spend some time today preparing, especially since a little birdie told me they're videoing it tonight.

Which is so stupid. Capturing it on a Friday when it hasn't been performed since the previous Sunday? No one EVER chooses the right time to do that.

I'll tell you what the right time is. This Sunday's matinee which we already know is going to be a great house. Mark my words. And if that isn't true, I'll eat them. (I'll sprinkle some Everything Bagel seasoning on them first. Whatever it takes.)

Apparently the NYT did not like Company, though everyone else did.

And I am home from the barber. Thew walk there was hell since it's all uphill. I thought, when the jhaircut is over, I'm taking a taxi home, I wasn't sure I'd even get there, and it's only a block.

Sitting in the chair gave my legs a rest, and the walk back - all downhill - went really smoothly. Still, when I got into my building, I dreaded the five steps up to the lobby.

I may be able to attribute some of my mood upswing to last night's dinner.

First, eating at 5 p.m. must not be underrated or poo-poohed.  You get the rest of the evening to digest your food, enjoy conversation, noodle on your computer and go to bed at your regular time.

And let me tell you, I have been noodling nightly before bedtime...on my computer, that is.

Second (Ialmost forget there was a second), my mood upswing is likely attributable to the absolutely wonderful (and tasty) meal I had for dinner. What a joy to know there is a place with a variety of offerings and to learn that each is going to be perfectly prerpared for my taste buds' edification.

Eating by 5:00 makes a big difference for me, also what I eat.  Alas, my stomach hurt most of the night, and I had a nice walk after dinner which usually helps.

So there you have it!

And what, may I delicately ask, is it that TCB did to break his ankle?  He said he "tiled over" his scooter.

Whatever it is, he broke bones and that is not to be taken lightly.

Major vibes to Tom that the surgery goes well and that his recovery is swift.

I know.  At first I thought maybe he tipped over in the scooter except I imagine the scooter is too sturdy to easily tip over.

I guess he tripped over it.   Now I wonder if he was home or outside  :(

I came in, greeted the cats, put my things away, and started making a bowl of cereal. I kept hearing a cat mewing, and I called, Thatch? Are you okay? Whemn my cereal was ready and I turned to carry it to the table, I saw Stella and Thatch at the door while some caterwauling went on. I opened the door and Annabelle stepped in!

I don't know if she sneaked past me when I came in or if she sneaked past me when I left earlier. At any rate, for the first time ever she found her way home. Usually she sits on two, four, or five screaming her lungs out until I come to fetch her.

Jealous of all these folks seeing West Side Story.  I am not ready to be out in the world yet.  How long, do you think, before it will be streaming?

And do I understand correctly that a blizzard could be coming your way?

DR Laura, I also alerted Adam about tomorrow, and he sent this reply:
That is so dear! Of course I’ll stick around to see her! Are you letting John Bell know too?

Due to missing cutters, they may be getting deformed cookies, however.
