Food was a disaster. Ordered a burger and fries from Islands, which is literally five minutes away. The driver picked up the order and then sat in his car for ten minutes a half-block from the restaurant before finally driving here - you can watch all this on the tracking map. I knew what I was in for but he made sure to drop it at the door and text me after he'd already driven away. The good drivers text when they're ON their way, they ring the bell when they arrive. Food was ice cold, of course. I nuked it all but once you do that it's just an entirely different taste experience. I got a complete refund.
