Usually, it's Vanilla.  You can do an awful lot with Vanilla in terms of toppings that would not work well with other flavors.

I think the last time I was in Las Vegas was the time I picked up a former reader who was on tour with a musical. I drove him to Phoenix, via the Grand Canyon.
