Read a few of the reviews of Barry Manilow's Harmony, which has certainly taken its time making it to New York. Sounds like the score is lovely, but the book isn't up to snuff. I hope there is a recording.

I have started Red Rocket, which is quite funny. But none of the characters is remotely likable, which makes watching a little hard. It's also a little too long at 130 minutes.

At CostCo today, regular gas was $3.19.

I was actually furious with myself for filling the car this morning in Johnston. It was $3.86/gallon here for regular.

Based on somebody's recommendations from this here blog over the past couple of weeks, I watched "A Rainy Day in New York" this evening.

I absolutely love it! If I hadn't known it was an Allen film, I'd have immediately recognized the Woody Allen wit/voice/style in all the dialogue.

There wasn't a wasted second in that film. It flowed from start to finish!!

My allergist said I'm doing a bit better on the tests they give before each appointment.

She noted I sounded congested, and I admitted to her that I am having a rather bad reaction to all the pollens in the air as well as lot of dust being stirred up as the house is having paint scraped and is being power-washed afterward..
