I don't know if I can come up with favorite heist movies this morning, but I first saw FIRST NUDIE at Mann's Westwood. I've continually been haunted over the years by the possibility that I also saw it at the Fox on Hollywood Blvd., but I've come up with absolutely no proof. Well, I don't have proof either way, but I know I went to Westwood for it. And I can well imagine sitting in the Fox watching it. So there.
I never had it on home video till the Blu-ray was released, so I've never seen the DVD. But that Blu-ray was part of the impetus for me discovering and eventually coming to haineshisway.com. BK and others had promoted it on Home Theater Forum and I duly ordered it and watched and had a great time with it, and it was around then that I began to peek into this place. The rest, as they say, is history.
