Speaking of dreams:

This morning I woke up and realized I have had a similar dream the past two nights.  In each dream, I am trying to get something done but that I have left something important in my car.  I leave to go find my car and it's way off in a distant parking lot.  I wonder how I got into the store from way off there when I can barely walk 10 feet without being in pain.

Funny enough, when I began thinking about that I realized that I had very little pain. I had taken my first dose of prednisone yesterday with lunch, and this morning the pain is minimal...just some muscle ache in my left thigh, but the lower back pain is gone.

I am not going to jump up and down and shout hurrah right yet.  Will continue to be cautious and complete my regimen of prednisone.

Could this be the miracle I needed?

I apparently set someone off on Facebook yesterday.  It had to do with Beanie Feldstein's performance in "Funny Girl", but it wasn't about her.  It was about someone who had really enjoyed it.  Several replies later yielded a group of disparaging, insulting comments about the performance and queries as to how anyone could enjoy it.

The person to whom I responded asked why do people, who have already spouted off their disdain for things in other threads. always run to the first positive thread and start re-stating their dislike for a performance.  (She said it was akin to being a bully and not allowing anyone to have a different opinion).

I commented that a lack of decency is inherent in many Facebook replies.

I know she agreed with me, but she said, "ONLY ON FACEBOOK?" and then ranted on a bit about it.

I bowed out, but it made the cartoon above seem relevant to me.

Well, I'm back at it tonight.

Now where did I put those glass slippers?

My first rehearsal for CLUE:ONSTAGE is not until May 12 - so I have a few days off.

I would be learning my lines, but I don't have a script.

And today Facebook won't let me reply to anything.....I can create a post, but not reply.

I didn't get a notice about being in Jail or anything, but maybe I am.

I was fooled by a posting about TONY nominations. But it was Time Out New York's list. I was scanning furiously for DR Jrand71's name.

Friday morning greetings!  Another quiet day, except for picking up a grocery order this afternoon.

Fridays when I was working were "mixed" blessings.  On the one hand, it was the last workday of the week and the weekend loomed.  On the other hand, my boss would often call a meeting to discuss all the things we could look forward to the next week.  Kind of hard to relax completely when you have a major workload to ponder.

Now let us hope for the same from DR George.
