This has been a bad week, and I thought my neighbor Ann was going to help me with it. I'm trying to meet deadlines with the NY State HRA about food stamps and Medicaid, but I'm having trouble connecting with Social Security - 45 minute wair=t yesterday before I hung up in disgust - and I think I completely crashe3d and burned on the US government website as well.

To be fair, Ann teaches all day and she's dealing with an 80+ year-old mother with dementia and father in poor shape as well. I'd call Joshie, but he hasn't returned my phone call from over a week ago. That has me worried; I don't kow what I've done to piss him off.

I hate my life.
