DR elmore3003 - I often deal with folks who are trying to resolve verifications issues to turn on Medical Assistance. I am sorry you are having difficulties. The good news is that usually, once your coverage gets activated, it usually runs retroactively to when you first applied.

I think Amazon has a thief delivering for them. This is the second time in a month a large package was supposedly deliverewd, only to be replaced at No Charge by a customer rep. I've sent Amazon a message saying the delivery person needs to be investigated.
