After about five minutes the guy who went to look for the runaway reappeared with another guy, who said he would help us.

He looked at Vixdad’s email confirmation, said our order wasn’t processed yet, but he would expedite it and suggested we take a seat.

We were getting concerned that our car being parked in the 15 minute parking was going to be a problem as by now we had been there at least three quarters of an hour
