I thought the same as DR singdaw — that the van would by then have finally been towed, or someone had let the air out of the tires, or keyed it. Or that an important piece was missing from the box. Or it turned out to be the wrong color. Or.....something. Just think of the possibilities!

Now that I am retired and living in South Caroline which is way less expensive than California, I no longer feel "baroque". But, back when I did, I would try to cheer myself up by singing "We're in the Money" or "Gold Fever" (from "Paint Your Wagon").

I finished watching "Glitch" on Netflix last night.

It could have been done in two seasons, but the third season was relatively short.

The resolution was highly satisfying and thought-provoking.
