So, my garage is now mostly empty. There are some wooden shelves that are nailed into the walls that need to be removed. They are NOT worth saving.

And I pretty much need to get a new garage door.

I don't know if it's because I haven't used it for so long, or if something else happened, but it's very difficult to open and won't really work with any kind of automatic door opener.

I finally gave in and called our realtor. Thebuyer wants the land but the City of Middletown remains the problem. Hopefully, this will be resolved next week.

On my mother's recommendation, have started with book one of Louise Penny's Chief Inspector Gamache murder mystery series, set in Quebec. So far I am enjoying the writing. There are 18 of them to date.
