Last night we saw The Sound of Music at the local summer outdoor theeder, their first production since 2019 due to Covid and then a wind and rain storm that so heavily damaged their rickety 30-year-old stage that it had to be demolished and rebuilt. The new stage is huge, and solidly constructed of weatherproof material. There's much more to be done in the way of other improvements that were already needed, and they're determined to have those in place for next summer.
I hope DR TCB is doing better today.
Damnation! DR vixmom and I have something in common. US Postal Service has lost a package sent to me on July 21 from Nashville. There's no tracking info for the past god damned week, so I have no idea where the fat hell it is.
Am through airport security; now just waiting a few hours for boarding.
Nine hours of sleep. And it was good.
First time donating to the library. Process is very simple.
George I am glad you were able to use vacation time yesterday.
Got home this afternoon without incident. Now just have to wait a few days to see if I was exposed to COVID.
Thanks, DR Jane. I am now reading the Louise Penny book #2.
