Today is a "me" day...for the most part. I have no ushering, no rehearsing, no Phase 10 playing...just laundry and lazing around. I do, however, have one event scheduled. I'm going to go out to eat with my friend Shelly, since it's her birthday today.

I'm having a "me" dasy, too, which means I will not leave the apartment at all. I have this overture to work on, asnd that will occupy much of my day. I need to call Access-a-Ride and reschedule my pickup for tomorrow. I looked at Google maps, and 213-23 Jamaica Avenue is further outside Manhattan than I realized.

Another bad night of sleep. I had a long, irritating/frustrating dream that I had gone back to workj at Barnes ^ Noble at the request of my manager, Patty. I hadn't been there in 18 yeears, the technology was different, and my first day was a really busy one.
