On a more positive note, I had a delightful customer service experience yesterday with Apple via phone.

The rep I spoke with (with no waiting time) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and, although it took 40 minutes overall, successfully solved two vexing ongoing problems with iTunes and my phone (an Android). It felt really good.
