Aren't there restricted hours that people can make noise? We have very strict rules regrading the hours work can be done.

You are fortunate to be able to tolerate heat.
I’m unable to take walks if temps are over 75 degrees.
I took daily 3-4 hour walks when I lived in California.
Have not been able to go outside in 4 months…hottest summer that I have ever experienced in Maryland.

There should be restricted hours for construction.
Rules here are ignored.
Some mornings, the banging and installation of hardwood floors begins at 7AM.
I’m a night person, and usually fall asleep well after midnight, actually closer to 1AM.
