I am very happy the show went well! I had meant to wish you all well, and I lost that train of thought in all the brouhaha about that damned property.

There were emails passed, and the lady representing the buyers turned down the power of attorney letter I had sent Randy three months ago, So . . . a new one ("her" official document) was emailed to me and this morning I must go to my bank, have it notarized, and then go to Fed Ex and send it.

More on the property later. Let's get back to last night's show, which sounds really good. Where is Mr Bellusci these days?  The cast sounds good. I almost hired Damon to play the romantic lead on the Roberta recording, but he was already hired to do something else.

I still wish these shows were online.

I slept well last night, although the usual awake-at-four-and-struggle-to-sleep-until-alarm-rings-at-5:30 hoop-de-doo . It was a cool night and one sheet was enough to keep me comfortable.

DR TCB, the City of Middletown had nothign to do with this sale. ItThe buyers are the same buyers who turned us down last week because of the highway median issues and no ability to turn left onto the property. The buyer really wanted the space, and at this point they knew they had us over a barrel. Thety offered us half of the last selling perice, we countered, and it;'s done.

We literally gave the property away, but Randy and Macbeth knew they were beat, and they have no urge to continue property tax payments. We knew our only options of selling the lad last week were one of the following:
    1. goad the CVity of Middfletown to buy it from us
    2. auction it off, a gamble since it might have sold for very little or for a great deal and we did not want to gamble,

When the dust clears, my paltry sum will pay off more debts and leave me enough money to start an account for the cats' care after I'm dead. If there's a small balance left for me after all that, I'm thinking about inviting 15-20 friends to a dinner to thank them for keeping me and the cats alive when I was completely broke for the past three months.

When I return from my notary and Fed Ex excursions, I will come home and work on my orchestrations. The conductor expressed his approval of the Interlude sketch in an email this morning.
