That’s a very plausible explanation, DR Laura, because we found a small dead bird underneath the window when we were cleaning up the broken glass. We didn’t think it was big enough to do that kind of damage.

Ah - Judge said that his actions made him forfeit his right to testify, he was taken away. Judge declared trial over and Jury Instructions begin tomorrow.....

DR Ginny, that is shocking, and would have to be pretty scary, that a window actually got broken from that.

We have bird strikes, too, and sometimes they sound like a pretty hard hit. But I'll go out expecting to find the victim without much difficulty, and...nothing. Nathan knows birds, and he says they survive hits like that and fly away immediately much more often than you'd imagine.
