The DA gave a great suggestion to the judge and the judge was quick to accept it - and so the trial moved on......

Yup his closing statement was so self serving - I thought for a minute he was a Kardashian......

The judge had ordered him not to discuss jury nullification in his closing statement - he said he was going to ......round and round with his disagreeing with every legal precedent she gave him....arguing.

DA said: "Why don't we let him start his statement - he'll say it --- I will object you can sustain and ask him to move on...."

Judge said: "We can certainly try it....."

Jury in.....he stands up starts to yap about it...DA objects - Judge sustains....and HE GOES ON......

His new thing is how can there be sixty-seven charges of reckless endangerment if sixty-seven people didn't testify. THAT is what this poor judge has been dealing with for three weeks.

He'll be back in thirty minutes because the judge needs to make a record of something or other and you can bet he'll be yapping the entire time. Then the only other time she'll have to put up with him is IF the jury has any questions or wants to see any exhibits, but she's being properly tough now and will move things along.
