Judge turned it over to law enforcement - and of course Brooks is all over it, had case law to cite (again, who is advising him), but the prosecution said the post had been edited by the only person who COULD edit it, the poster him/herself, who admitted it was a prank and that he didn't think it would get as far as it did. The End. That idiot should publicly come forward and apologize and contact law enforcement. Anyone on the planet could have made that post - anyone, as the trial has been televised live all over the world. Furthermore, the post was in a thread called "justice for darrell e. brooks" - and yet, 76 guilty verdicts. Did someone who knows Brooks do it - who knows? An anonymous Reddit post is not going to result in a mistrial, especially given the edit of the post.
