In the annoyance department, would you believe that the two credit cards that I use the most -- and extensively -- were both compromised in one week? I've been several hours updating numerous accounts online. Some, of course, cannot be done online and you have to do it over the phone. IF you can get through to someone. I'd like to see a study done of how much business is lost due to those so-annoying phone trees and poor customer service. I guess that's my gripe du jour.
I haven't been feeling too well and have no end of medical appointments on my calendar, leaving me very little energy. I was sorry to miss John G's trip, but Elmore's surgery was on my mind and I'm glad to see he got through it. I'm sorry to hear that Keith is ill and the trip is in limbo.
