I'm tired, too, and I fortunately am blessed to NOT have a rehearsal tonight.

The venue, per Mr. Yacko:

First comment about the pool in the opening patter: How many here brought your swimming attire? I was going to bring my Speedos, but Old Jewish People and Speedos is an oxymoron.

Second comment halfway through the first act - I stopped in the middle of saying something and added: I feel like I'm playing to water.

Two hours of sleep thus far - will try for more, but here's the issue: Once again, she of the Evil Eye has somehow torn the fitted bottom sheet. This drives me absolutely insane. Now, it's been four or five years since the last time it happened, but I have no idea exactly what's causing this.

So, it'll be a visit to Bed, Bath, and Beyond a bit later - I have a 20% coupon so that will help.

I've sent Ann an email asking her to pick up $10 worth of Powerball tickets for me. If I win, so will a lot of friends.

Two neighbors across the street and one next to me - blew their leaves to the edge of the street.  The town will come and suck them all up on WEDNESDAY!

I hope we don't have another windy day before then and all the leaves end up in my nice mulched yard!

The Carpetbaggers
Walk On The Wild Side
To Kill A Mockingbird
The Ten Commandments
Where's Jack?
True Grit

I'm tempted to just write everything....

And of course:

I was going to have a glass of wine with my spaghetti for lunch.

I filled my glass and there was a swallow left in the bottle - I raised it to my lips and swallowed it down just as the mailman walked past the the door......

Just keeping the neighborhood entertained.  It's my job.
