LA has been crying about drought for a very long time - over and over and over again. They get a day of rain (currently not raining) and about two hours of heavy rain, and what do we get? An emergency warning on all cell phones about flash flooding, don't go out, this is a disaster. Sorry, idiots, you can't have it all ways from Sunday.

I always laugh at demonstrations of the best way to fold fitted sheets. They always use twin size. I want that demonstration with a king size sheet.

When we were first married I used to go to the laundromat by myself. I had no clue how to fold a fitted sheet. This woman watching me was laughing so hard I thought she was going to fall over. Then she kindly instructed me on how to fold the sheet.
