Sentencing is almost over - He's going away forever and there's no chance at getting out. Whoever was "advising" him on his BS defense, will now advise him on the appeal, but as I said, thanks to this judge there is no court anywhere that would grant the appeal. And he's still got pending charges elsewhere, but I should think that could go away now, but I don't know how that works.

Yup she threw the book at him.....and then picked it up and beat him over the head with it, then tore the pages out and stuffed them down his gullet.

As MR BK wrote - she done it as it should be done......maybe she'll be running for governor in a few years.
