There were also two other stuffings, one with sausage and one with cranberries and nuts on offer , courtesy of my brothers MIL and SIL respectively, sweet potatoes sliced and baked into medallions, courtesy of the MIL and these phyllo triangle things with feta cheese and spinach courtesy of my SIL

It really turned out well I was quite pleased. I was concerned about the shorter brining time due to the salt mishap but it turned out quite juicy and flavorful.
