I slept really well, and the cats behaved most of the night. Around 4:15 Thatch got restless and came to cuddle, Annabelle decided sge wanted under the blankets, but the usually rambunctious Stella was quite well behaved last night. She came to cuddle and sleep next to me around 1:00 or so, and that was it.

I'm not sure about laundry today. I'm biding my time at the moment before making a decision. It really needs to be done. Looking at a human muscular system chart, I think the problem is my left rectus abdominis, but I'm not so foolish to think I can correct it myself.
