I went to pay the storage bills on our four units - as I do every month online. Went to the site, logged in, went to my dashboard and - "no units associated with this account" Say what? Then what are these pesky rent reminders I get via email? So, I opened a "chat" and told them what was going on - or not going on and that I had to make a payment and did not want any late fees kicking in. Nice guy - told me it's happening to everyone and their team is working on the issue. So, that was good. He was able to make the payment for me when I gave him the account name and location. So, that's done.
