Well, I'll tell you why. During the Do, I only have one small portion of spaghetti and same for the tuna pasta salad.

But last night, after putting the remaining sauce the Tupperware containers, I had another helping of spaghetti. This was a very bad miscalculation.

I could not get to sleep because the sauce has a bit of a kick to it and it was just impossible. I was up every ten minutes popping a Pepcid to no avail. Drinking some ginger ale to know avail. I think I finally fell asleep for good at six-thirty and woke up when the alarm went off at ten-thirty. Lesson learned: DO NOT HAVE A HELPING OF SPAGHETTI AT ONE IN THE MORNING! EVER!.

As to recipes, no, I've been making this stuff for thirty-five years now. I can do it in my sleep, but thankfully haven't done it in my sleep. When I created the sauce, that was completely trial and error and off-the-cuff.
