I ordered an OP 3-CD opera set from an Amazon Marketplace vendor. It arrived yesterday and I just picked it up: no accompanying booklet and libretto and no third CD. Now I have to deal with refund and returning the damned thing. Really pisses me off.

DR Jane - they go without insurance for the year, or sometimes they can buy a limited private plan off-market. If they experience a qualifying event of some kind (like loss of other coverage, or a birth in the family), they can receive a limited window to enroll.

While that is very interesting, I was referring to the fact that enrollment was open through Sunday, except you are not open to enroll anyone.
