Last night I watched the fantastic episode of The Crown in which the uglier details of the Nazi- butt-kissing Duke of Windsor - and his collusion with them while British citizens died in the blitz - were revealed to the world. This series is amazing, and I love Claire Foy as Elizabeth.

DR Elmore, I’m so glad you’re enjoying THE CROWN! Just finished watching all 5 seasons for the second time. I’m very interested in what you think of the changing casts every 2 seasons.

FINALLY! I finally found a Kindle Oasis case that fits my (gently used) 2016 8th Generation Kindle Oasis! I got the Kindle through www.woot.com (it's an Amazon company) and the listing and the box that it came in said that it included a charging case, but IT DIDN'T!

They did give me an $18 refund, but I haven't been able to find a case that can fit this specific version.

Anyway, THIS is what I got. It uses a hook-and-loop (a.k.a. Velcro-type) sticker pad to attach the Kindle to the case:

Well, looks like I'm out the cost of repairs. It's one of those things where it just might be better to let things go. The dealer just isn't budging, law or not. It's one of those things that I feel won't be worth my time, etc. I'm good to move on.

The U.S. State Department is going sans serif: It has directed staff at home and overseas to phase out the Times New Roman font and adopt Calibri in official communications and memos, in a bid to help employees who are visually impaired or have other difficulties reading.
