DR GEORGE and now we wait.

Yup.  They said that they expect to make decisions soon, so hopefully, I'll get a call that will make me happy!

More vibes you get the call you want.

Then, I came home and put my sister's glass recyclables in the glass bin behind my condo since we can put stuff in there at any time, then I came home, which is where I am now.

I like the convenience of that option here.

But I'm not ushering (or auditioning) for anything next weekend, so we'll have all the time we need to visit. :)

Great.

Well because it is streaming for free on PEACOCK.....I watched Tar.

Whew.....that was a trip.  It certainly has a lot to say about music and our current culture.....I don't need to see it again, but it certainly seems to be true to the realm it purports to display.....and Cate Blanchett continues to be one of my favorite contemporary actresses.

Have you seen this article?

Tár: Leading female conductor Marin Alsop claims Cate Blanchett film is ‘anti-woman’

I must say I only watched about 30 minutes of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE because it just seemed like a confusing jumble to me.

I may try it again.....so I won't say what I think of the all of the praise for it....I can't say for sure until I see it all - if at all.

I liked it :)

Good Afternoon.  Home from playing a funeral (part of my job, I didn't know the deceased) and setting up the "Tech" for the weekend at church.  Someone else has to present a video at the 7:00am mass tomorrow (I refused) so I had to make a video of how to show the video.  This will all work as long as the pianist tonight does not put the computer away like she likes to do after the 5:00pm mass on Saturday.  I sent her a video as well showing how everything was connected and NOT TO MOVE IT and completely shut it down and leave it where it is overnight.  She says she "got it" - but I may put money on the fact that she'll forget or there will be issues.   This is why I'm not a fan of my job as a "manager" - I just want a church job where all I have to do is show up and play and go home.   Sorry for the rant.

So, I'm home with the boys, listening to the original cast of The Phantom of the Opera to celebrate it's 35th and FINAL birthday on Broadway.

Saturday evening greetings!  It’s been a very quiet day for us.  I did a couple of errands, including shopping at Central Pastry, and Richard has been trying to recover from a night of poor sleep.

I'm two-thirds done with proofing. I'm so overtired that getting sick could go either way right now, so I think I'll try to sleep for a couple of hours. I'm not sick or anything and I really can't let it happen, so I'm taking all my preventatives.

I can see how that would be annoying.  Hopefully she will not have touched anything.

I hope at least one contestant is a ventriloquist DR GEORGE.

Well, I won't know.  They're doing the talent portion now, but I'm lounging out in the concessions area.

DR Ginny, how awful that the mold company dropped you. I didn't realize you were having a mold problem, but at least that part's behind you. Vibes you find a good contractor to finish things up -- and it works out well in the end.

All the veggies turned into soup on top of the pizza and we thought  better of consuming it

What? Soup isn't one of your favorite pizza toppings?

DR Jeanne, I am guessing you had the same reaction to "MOLD" that I did ;D

Yes, well, DRs Jeanne and Jane, the mold is gone, but so is a square yard of ceiling and about 2 yards of wall paneling.  We’ve made some initial inquiries among friends who have recently had major home improvements done.
