I truly hope the roof repairs hold. They're using some new product, which is supposed to be great, but -- let's hope it is. The REAL solution is to replace the roof, but that takes $$$. It should have been done ten years ago, IMHO. Because of the recent heavy rains no roofers are available. Thankfully, we have an excellent handyman, who doubles as a roofer at times.

Not a word from any of the agencies I contacted regarding tenants' rights. They probably have many times the number of people seeking assistance than they have people to give it.
