I never worry about it. I just wash and dry my socks and unders, then stuff them in a big plastic bag and match them when I need to.

Finished entering my fixes - many more than usual due to the style of the book, but they're all in and all helpful, I think. All of proofer one's fixes are in and I agreed with most of them and have one to run by Muse Margaret. I'll probably start proofer two in the morning.
