The first part of the auditions were the singing.

We learned the end part of the opening number (where each character had a very quick part of the line), and then the end of "We Do Not Belong Together."

Then we read scenes and that took the rest of the time...we actually went over, but they said if people have to leave, then they were free to go.

In Seattle at the Chihuly Museum, the ceiling of the cafe area is covered with old accordions. They are indeed lovely to look at.
