Elizabeth Holmes was initially charged for her crimes on July 28, 2018. The trial was initially set for 2020. Granted the pandemic slowed things down, causing it to be delayed again.

January of last year she was found guilty, yet she wasn't sentenced until November.

She won't go to prison until April, after her baby is born.
