Mom’s caregiver yesterday was invited to join her for a VD dinner and happy hour. Story is the caregiver drank everything in sight, including other people’s drinks (hard liquor), and proceeded to complain about the service.

I liked to watch Miss Raquel Welch on the talk shows.  Once in the middle of a conversation Mr Dick Cavett said to her: "How does it feel to turn 30?"  And she looked him in the eye and said: "You son of a BLEEP!"

I liked her in The Three Musketeers and on Seinfeld.

Well the man at the college television station tells me that last fall their video replay equipment stopped working and it has NOT been replaced nor does he know if it will be.

So he can't show my slideshow.

Strange.....unless everything is streaming now.  I didn't get into a technical conversation with me - but what a weird development.

He tells me he can show it as a PowerPoint on the college bulletin board.....so I guess we'll do that.  But I am really more interested in getting the word out to the community than to the students who will all be gone in May.

That is funny.  Thirty was thought of as old back then.

It was sad they booed.  At least she had her revenge with both the beauty contest titles and her Golden Globes win for best actress.
