The trouble I’m having is with my propane delivery service. They won’t deliver to me. Their customer service dept has gone rogue. This evening I had a lady pretending she couldn’t hear me and telling me to call back in 2 minutes, by which time they’d closed.

I rarely am satisfied with customer service these days, at least on the phone.
Ended up getting rid of Verizon Wireless for that reason.
They have no idea what “customer service” means.

I was a customer service supervisor when I worked in the airline industry.
My calls were carefully monitored.
Had I behaved the way customer service agents behave now, I would have been fired on my first day, if not my first hour.

DR Iris, it’s a big national conglomerate, and the online system is not communicating with the local delivery service. They are measuring my usage based on the last homeowners, but those people lived here only seasonally. And we need it for heat, yes

I’m trying to think of the last movie I watched and nothing is coming to mind. I was going to take the wife to a movie after Valentine’s dinner, and I couldn’t even find anything I’d like to see.

I guess I kinda watched The Swimmer in bits and pieces on YouTube when Burt Lancaster came up.
