The name of that restaurant was bugging me, so I tried a little research...and got lucky.

Here's a matchbook, with the address of the building I can sort of recognize on current Google street views: 1056 Westwood Blvd. It's a two-story building with a row of multi-pane doors opening onto what had been their little balcony.

DR Singdaw, I Googled 1056 Westwood Blvd. It is possible after all these years the lovely railing was replaced to the plain one in the photo.  However, if I circle across the street, the buildings look different to me, and the street isn't as wide.
