Well, I thought that I had pre-ordered the new Broadway cast recording of Into the Woods, but I can't find any evidence of having ordered it (especially since it was released more than a month and a half ago

), so I finally broke down and ordered it from Amazon.

I never liked the digipac packaging...and this one doesn't seem like it's complete.

It was completely flat with the CD in the sleeve pocket, and the booklet just set in there.

But, I was able to carefully unflatten that sleeve pocket so that at least the booklet is now able to fit in there, even with the disc:

But even with the unflattened sleeve pocket, it really seems like it still should've had the plastic CD tray hot-glued in, but then they chose not to put it in there.

So, what I did was buy a 5-pack (you couldn't buy just one) of the Clear Digipak Glue in CD Digi Trays/Inserts, and then I'll hot-glue that into the packaging and have it be more like a real digipac package!

I didn't buy this as an investment and to keep it in pristine condition, so I don't care that I'm altering the "original" packaging and covering up the corners of the one inside image:

A friend attended “The Secret Garden” in L.A. over the weekend.
It appears that they have cut my absolute favorite…”Quartet”.
That one gave me chills.

They also cut Race You to the Top of the Morning. Our two girls have now had their first performances and the word is both were great. Unfortunately, Mr. Director isn't seeing their performances - and he should so he knows just how wrong he was to replace the one he'd cast in the show. But noooo - that might just show him that perhaps he should not be directing anything.
