I have also heard of refrigerators running.....a few years ago I called several neighbors to discern if that was the case with theirs...

I just had to hash it out with customer service (over the phone) about my grocery transaction. Surprisingly, the wait was short, the manager helpful, and the issue was resolved with a minimum of fuss. Color me surprised and pleased. This is not the norm these days.
