The Case of the Messy Arrangements is one of my favorite Perry Mason episodes.

Miss June Lockhart was on Perry Mason this morning in The Case of the Scandalous Sculptor.

She is an astonishing beautiful woman with a rather dazzling figure - certainly this downplayed in Lassie.

Jon Provost has only good things to say about her and they get together a couple of times a year....or used to.

And then of course there is Lost In Space.

Nice IMDB page for SAMI.

Yes a viewing and ZOOM Q/A would be fun.

Especially since I don't have A.P. and will only be seeing the series vicariously.

DR VIXMOM I saw Mickey Dolenz twice in one day as the father in AIDA - the Elton John/Tim Rice show.

He was good.  I applauded when he made his entrance - but no one else did.....either time.

Al Jaffee, of Mad magazine, has died at 102.

Nice long run. I used to love his fold pictures.

Seeing Sunday with the original cast remains one of my top five theater going experiences.

I can't pick any favorites. I adore all of it.

Two albums that clinched my fandom, early on, were the original Side by Side by Sondheim album, and the Scrabble album.

I feel fortunate to have been able to see the original Broadway productions of:

Sweeney Todd
Merrily We Roll Along
Sunday in the Park with George
Into the Woods
Passion
The Frogs

Many of these more than once.

I currently have taste and smell.
In other news, little girl Rodzinski, sleeping with mommy, just woke up and got sick all over our bed. So today promises to be a fun one.

I watched VALERIE on Screenpix.  It was Rashomon set in the old west.

The story was told four times by Sterling Hayden, his brother, the local minister, and his wife - from her hospital bed where the court had been moved so she could testify......

The credits claimed a title song but it was never heard anywhere in the film.....

Then I watched 1957 English western set in Australia called Robbery Under Arms.....with David McCallum, Ronald Lewis, and Peter Finch....well about 30 minutes of it.  It was okay and it was in COLOR....but it didn't have much to say.

I think for the next few weeks at least, we should refer to that one Mr. Sondheim musical as:

Sunday In the Park With George With George.
